Online students can access their classes from anywhere. But on-campus or hybrid classes require that students attend courses at a particular location. While many adult-oriented institutions have established satellite campuses to minimize the need for students to relocate, most traditional schools still require that students take classes in a specific geographic location, often far from the home of the student.
